This page brings together all the key information on delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and accepted payment methods at RYVORA for our home and garden assortment. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Costs
All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you finalise your order.

Please note: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may be levied. These are not collected by RYVORA but imposed directly by the customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.
Where an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will inform you without delay should this arise.
3. Shipping Partners
Your order will be sent via one of our trusted logistics partners:
- Royal Mail
- DHL
- DPD
- Evri
- UPS (for international shipments)
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking reference so you can monitor your delivery at any time.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, amendments to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.
5. Partial Shipments
On occasion it may be necessary to split a single order across multiple consignments — for instance when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will be applied in such cases.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted at RYVORA:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal
- Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank transfer (where applicable)
We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.
7. Secure Payment Processing
All transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by RYVORA at any stage.
8. Invoicing
An invoice is automatically issued for every order and sent to you by email, containing all legally required particulars with VAT shown as a separate line item.
9. Issues with Your Delivery
Should your order not arrive within the stated window, or if the parcel shows signs of damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@ryvora.com with your order number. We will act without delay to find the most appropriate resolution.
