Returns that come in to us without approval granted beforehand cannot be taken in.
Damage and Concerns

Items That Cannot Be Sent Back

Refunds

The quickest route to laying hold of the item you would rather have is to send the original product back first. The moment the return has been confirmed, you are free to put in a separate order for the item you want.
The Cost of Return Shipping
As a matter of course, the cost of return shipping falls to the customer. An exception comes into play where the return stems from a slip on our side — for instance, where an item turns out faulty or has gone out in error.
