Time Taken to Get Orders Ready

The orders that reach us are got ready within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, public holidays set aside). Orders that come in over the weekend or on a holiday will start being got ready on the next business day.

Rough Delivery Windows

The moment your parcel has been handed to the carrier, the rough delivery windows set out below come into effect:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where put on offer)
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, hinging on the destination country and how long customs clearance runs

Shipping Charges

We take on no responsibility for parcels sent off to the wrong address on the back of slips made by the customer.
